FHA: Tinubu Plans To Build 20,000 Unit Golden Jubilee Estate In Six Geopolitical Zones –

The Managing Director, Chief Executive officer, Federal Housing Authority FHA, Senator Gbenga Ashafa said the decision was in line with the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment towards providing livable and affordable houses to Nigerians.

Senator Ashafa dropped this message during the unveiling of it’s golden jubilee logo and theme, to mark the 50th anniversary of FHA, on Wednesday in the Head office, Asokoro in Abuja.

He described the event as historic coming at a time the new administration built on Renewed hope and determination to improve Nigerian housing deficit, stating that five decades down the line was worth celebrating.

He lauded the authority strides from high to low moment and the performing organisation in the current dispensation 50 years and still counting in the last thirty six months.

He further described President Bola Tinubu as a visionary leader, and whose determination to do the needful in the housing sector is not negotiable.

He assured the new administration under the President to achieve this target in fulfilment of it’s mandate.

Senator Ashafa also promised to Institute a meritorious service award to both current and past staffs of the authority, describing the authority as digital, whose operation is on a new pedestal.

He promised not to renege on its decisions to replicate the recently launched Mbora District 7, 0000 Unit golden estate in Abuja, in the six geopolitical zones.

He also commended the President on the choice of the new Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arch Ahmed Dangiwa, stating that his wealth of experience and choice of the nation, will provide
